Russell has won multiple sales awards including the award for the top individual TTR Sotheby's agent in Washington DC for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 for total sales volume and the top team in 2018 and 2019.He has had multiple properties featured in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post and many other publications and websites. 

Russell has spent most of his professional career in marketing. He was advertising director for a DC regional newspaper as well as sporting life editor. After the newspaper, Russell founded a sports marketing agency managing corporate sponsorship of race cars. Russell and his wife and four children reside in both Georgetown and Middleburg, Virginia. 



Blake Hering 

A lifelong resident of the Metropolitan DC area, Blake grew up in Potomac, MD. After graduation from The Bullis School, he went on to attend and receive his degree in Political Science at The University of Maryland.

Upon graduation, Blake joined his family's company PA Distributors. Blake learned all the nuances/ positions in the company to understand it completely, eventually becoming the company's Vice President, responsible for its daily operations. After achieving his goals in the family company, he made the decision to switch career paths and Blake joined Premuim Rx National, a local pharmaceutical company. Blake excelled with sales, and after only one year, he had his own team. At this point in his work career, Blake made the decision to turn to the thing he loved the most...connecting with people. The joy of understanding people's needs and ensuring they achieve their goals with regarding to buying, selling, or investing ina home or property is his passion.


Real estate is a lifestyle in Blake's eyes, not a career or job. Spending years crafting his skills, he joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2018. Finding the house you can call home-all while receiving luxury service along the way-is what sets Blake apart.
